- All packages part from Britanny, France
- A general fee for handling and shipping are added for each order. The cost is 12 EUR for all France resident, 26 EUR for all other europeen resident and 61 EUR for any other international locations.
- The sale tax policy:
- For our customers living outside the CEE, all products are tax free for any purchase over 183 EUR. You pay the price as shown in the catalog. Note that the program will automaticly add the sale tax if the billing amount is under 183 EUR in your shopping cart. The sale taxe will then be 19.6% based on that amount.
- For our customers living in Europe (CEE) - excluding France, all products are tax free for any purchase over 305 EUR. You pay the price as shown in the catalog. Note that the program will automaticly add the sale tax if the billing amount is under 305 EUR in your shopping cart. The sale taxe will then be 19.6% basedon that amount.
- For our customer living in France, there is no tax break. Note that all our products are listed as "before tax" prices. The shopping cart will add the 19.6% sale tax automaticly.
- For any problems or questions, you can contact us by phone or fax between Tuesdays and Fridays or at any time by e-mail.
- Payment policies:
- For our customers from France, we accept payment by cheque (made to "Dalmard Marine") or credit cards (American Express, Visa ou Mastercard).
- For our customers outside France, we only accept payment made by a credit card (American Express, Visa or Mastercard).
